We like to welcome Piconesse to the Houblonesse family!

In 2022, the Poperinge organized an event called “Party of Giants and Picon” for the first time. At this event, every local picon brewer  could have his or her home-brewed picon tasted by the general public. Was it a coincidence that we had been thinking of ​​launching a picon vin blanc – Houblonesse style for a while with Houblonesse? Anyway, we registered, came up with an appropriate name  “Piconesse” and we participated… What happened next is history in the meantime. Our Houblonese picon was immediately awarded as “Best picon of Poperinge” by the professional jury. (out of 68 participating picons), the starting signal to work on a new official Houblonesse family member…

Exactly one year later, Piconesse is ready to conquer all picon hearts. Because of its unique mix of white wine and Joie de Houblonesse, this picon stands out from the crowd.

How is Piconesse different from all other picons? Piconesse is a one of a kind, created with high quality ingredients and our own Joie de Houblonesse, based on hop shoots.  Every bottle Piconesse contains the equivalent of 10 gram hop shoots. Unique craftmanship without a doubt!
