Ingredients
- 5 cl Houblonesse Genever based on hop shoots
- 3 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Fever Tree Tonic
- Ice
Preparation
- Fill your glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients into your glass
- Top with Fever Tree Tonic
- Finish with a slice of lemon
This is our J&T, but just that little bit different: our Houblon Collins. The fresh lemon juice bootst your cocktail with extra flavour. Worth the try!
