Hoppepoppe
Ingredients
- 5 cl Houblonesse Genever based on hop shoots
- 3 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl raspberry coulis
- 2 cl strawberry coulis
- 1 cl violette liquor
- ice
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well during 10 sec.
- Strain your cocktail in a wine glass
- Finish with red fruit
“Hoppepoppe”, that’s candy in a cocktail glass! The delightful combination of our Genever based on hop shoots with red fruit, lemon juice and violette liquor, candy for the eye!
